Ms. Tracy's talk will highlight lessons learned and her insights and perspectives based on years of varied experiences in the public sector as a state representative and municipal administrator and leader, and later in the private sector running a firm addressing public affairs, advocacy, and community relations. Ms. Tracy will also address the role that gender has had on her career.
